These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LuigoStrt's legal services. By engaging with LuigoStrt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LuigoStrt provides corporate legal services including Contract Review, Corporate Counsel, and IP Protection. Service scope is defined in individual engagement letters and proposals.
LuigoStrt's services do not constitute legal advice unless provided under a formal engagement agreement. Communications are subject to attorney-client privilege only when properly established.
Fees are quoted per engagement. Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Late payment may incur interest at 5% per annum or as legally permitted.
LuigoStrt maintains strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with German legal practice standards and applicable data protection regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuigoStrt's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All work product created by LuigoStrt becomes client property upon full payment. LuigoStrt retains rights to general methodologies and prior knowledge.
Client data is processed in accordance with GDPR and German data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, LuigoStrt will return all client materials and complete outstanding work.
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in Hamburg courts.
